Refund policy

Buying stuff online is hard, so here at Boho Em we have a no questions asked 7 days return policy after you have received your shippment. As long as the product is in the same condition as you received it, we will be happy to accept your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. Once the return has been accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

All shipping costs relating to the return will be at your own expense, however on receipt of your return we will issue a $10 gift voucher, because returning stuff sucks.
